FastSendfile-sharing use cases
Choose your workflow

Send large files, folders or documents without unnecessary signup

FastSend is built for delivery rather than permanent storage: share by link, QR code or email, add a password or download limit, and let the transfer expire automatically.

Send a folder by link

Upload a complete folder and let the recipient download it as one ZIP archive. Useful for photos, source files, projects and document sets.

Send a large file by email

The email contains a secure download-page link instead of a traditional attachment, so mailbox attachment limits do not block the transfer.

Send by email

Share a file with a QR code

Useful when you want to open a file quickly on a phone or hand the link to someone nearby without spelling out an address.

Create a QR code

Send a large video

Share video by link, limit downloads and remove the transfer manually after the recipient has collected the file.

Compare limits

Password-protected documents

For sensitive files you can enable a password, set a download limit and remove the transfer after that limit is reached.

An alternative to a shared cloud drive

When you do not need shared storage or user accounts, FastSend works like delivery: send, download, then expire or delete the files.

Try FastSend

How it works

1. Choose files

Send one file, several files or a folder when the feature is available through your plan or an add-on key.

2. Configure access

Add an email, message, password, download limit or delete-after-limit rule when your transfer needs it.

3. Share the link

The recipient opens the FastSend page, downloads files separately or as one archive, and can reply through the service when enabled.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register?

No registration is required for a quick transfer. Management access is preserved through a history code that should not be shared with the recipient.

Can a folder be downloaded as one file?

Yes. FastSend prepares a ZIP archive for folders and multi-file transfers. Large archives are assembled ahead of time and then delivered as a ready file.

What happens to files after sending?

Files are stored for the limited retention period of the selected plan and are then removed automatically. A transfer can also be deleted manually.

Is FastSend suitable for business?

Yes. Business supports team-oriented transfers, while Partner API is designed for websites and CRMs with projects, webhooks, direct storage uploads and status tracking.
