1. Try to send first You do not need to calculate limits in advance: FastSend checks the file, folder, recipients and downloads for you.

2. See the exact amount If you are short by 2 GB or one feature, FastSend shows only the add-on you need instead of forcing a new subscription.

3. Pay only for what is missing The add-on is consumed only after a successful transfer. If an upload is interrupted, the remaining balance stays on the key.

If a file, transfer or period limit is slightly above your plan, FastSend shows the exact add-on price. Rates: Free RUB 7/GB, Premium RUB 5/GB, Business RUB 4/GB.

Extend storage

Storage extension is available for Premium and Business. The price is calculated automatically from the volume of active files still stored under the plan.

Example: 50 GB in storage → RUB 130 for one more month. 100 GB → RUB 260.

Why does extra download pricing depend on file size?

Every additional download creates outbound Object Storage traffic. Above the included limit, the price is based on extra downloads × delivery size rounded up to GB × the plan rate.

Can I use FastSend without a subscription?

Yes. For an occasional larger file, folder, password or expanded recipient list, you can use an add-on key. A subscription is useful when these transfers are regular.

What are the rates for additional downloads?

Free: RUB 3/GB, Premium: RUB 2.5/GB, Business: RUB 3/GB. The exact amount is shown before payment.

Is an add-on key lost if an upload fails?

No. One-time capabilities are consumed only after the transfer is successfully finalized. If the page reloads, the computer shuts down or the upload does not finish, the unused balance remains.

Can I move the remaining add-on balance to another device?

Yes. Remaining storage, recipients, folder uses or download-GB units can be applied on another device. Only the unused balance is transferred.

Is download password protection paid?

Premium and Business include download passwords. On Free, password protection can be unlocked with a one-time add-on key: 3 uses for 5 RUB.

Why does Business default to 10 downloads?

It is a conservative default for new transfers. Business includes up to 100 downloads, so you can manually set 100 without an add-on; above 100 FastSend shows the calculation.

Does Business include the Partner API?

No. Business applies to regular FastSend transfers. Partner API is a separate integration product with usage-based limits and billing.
